Julie Manus is the Coordinator of Search Services for AGB Search. In this capacity, she serves as the point of contact for all inquiries and proposals. Ms. Manus works closely with the Managing Principal to coordinate all internal business and oversee the progress of all searches.

Ms. Manus first came to AGB as Coordinator of Consulting Services, where she connected daily with interested presidents and board chairs to understand their unique challenges and worked to match their needs and goals with individuals in AGB’s cadre of board governance experts.  Ms. Manus served as contact for all board education workshops and coordinated key arrangements for these services.

Before she came to AGB, Ms. Manus directed the Presidential Fellows Program, a public policy enrichment program for talented undergraduate students, at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. In this role, she planned the content and logistics of two annual leadership conferences and developed an alumni association to service over one-thousand graduates of the program. Julie was the editor-in-chief of two annual anthologies of the best Fellows’ research papers: A Dialogue on Presidential Challenges and Leadership. She also coordinated educator training courses in character development for the Josephson Institute of Ethics in Los Angeles.

Ms. Manus earned her Bachelor of Arts at Brandeis University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a concentration in political science and anthropology. While at Brandeis, Ms. Manus was elected by a committee of staff and faculty to serve as the Coordinator of Academic Programs for first year orientation and was awarded by the administration with the Harry S. Levitan Prize for integrity and peer leadership. She currently resides in Rockville, MD with her husband.
