Marissa Cormier

Marissa Cormier is the Coordinator of Research for AGB Search.  Among her many responsibilities, Ms. Cormier provides support to the firm’s consultants and research associates in the recruitment of strong, diverse and talented pools of candidates. She also assists with the due diligence and background checks which are integral to each search.

Ms. Cormier is a recent graduate from The Catholic University of America, where she graduated with a major in psychology and a minor in philosophy.  As a summer intern in the Human Resources office at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, she acquired experience in various aspects of recruiting; posting job advertisements and corresponding with applicants.  

Ms. Cormier has a deep respect for educational governance that spans back to her time as a student member on the Vermont State Board of Education.  As a member of this body, Ms. Cormier participated in strategic planning discussions and became familiar with the issues facing public education.
