Susanne Kelsey

Susanne Kelsey joined AGB Search as a Research Associate in 2010. She has worked on a wide variety of searches for higher education institutions and state systems seeking candidates for various positions including president/chancellor, vice president, provost and dean. In addition she has supported searches seeking directors and officers for their foundations.

Prior to joining AGB Search, Ms. Kelsey worked for a medical legal consulting firm in Peoria, AZ in client relations and research support. The litigation support firm offered legal nurse consulting and comprehensive document retrieval and scanning services nationally and internationally. Her work there included facilitating presentations for existing and potential clients, managing and executing marketing campaigns and data base maintenance. In addition, she assisted with Human Resource responsibilities, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, and assisted in the organization of documents for individual client legal cases; tracked documents related to expert witness support and maintained an expert witness database.

Ms. Kelsey is active in her community as a volunteer with her church and enjoys hiking and traveling. She and her husband reside in Phoenix. They have two children, one pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Arizona State University the other enrolled as an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Kelsey is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in marketing and economics.
