Clarissa Beavers joined AGB Search in 2024 as a Proposal Specialist. Ms. Beavers collaborates with the firm on proposal development, data and content management, and prospect cultivation and management.
Experience and Honors
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Beavers conducted independent research on university outreach and public relations in higher education as a Presidential Graduate Fellow at Auburn University. Ms. Beavers has served higher education for over a decade focusing on enrollment management and has trained in student affairs including academic advising, career coaching, and recruiting undergraduate and graduate students. Ms. Beavers has presented at industry conferences about student experiences and served as chair on departmental and organizational committees to advance inclusive excellence. She is a member of the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE), National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NORDP), and American College Personnel Association (ACPA).
