Veryl Miles joined AGB Search as an executive search consultant in 2014. She has assisted in leadership searches for the President of Wells College (NY) and numerous interim executive searches.
Ms. Miles has worked in legal education for more than 25 years. Ms. Miles recently served seven years as the Dean of the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, where she is a member of the faculty. She also held the position of Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Catholic, overseeing the operations of the law school’s academic program including course scheduling and development, academic advising, and administrative services for clinical, externship and other special academic programs and institutes at the law school. Ms. Miles also served as the Deputy Director of the Association of American Law Schools, a learned society of law schools representing over 10,000 law faculty members in the United States.
Ms. Miles has provided voluntary service to several professional organizations including the American Bar Association and the National Association of Bar Examiners. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Don Bosco Cristo Rey Catholic High School in Takoma Park, Maryland, and has served on the Board of Trustees of Wells College.
Ms. Miles earned her Bachelor of Arts from Wells College (NY) and her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America (Washington, D.C.).
