Linfield College, nestled in the heart of Oregon’s wine country, seeks an experienced advancement professional to lead alumni and constituent engagement, annual giving, and advancement services in preparation for the public launch of a new comprehensive fundraising campaign. 

Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the senior director will supervise a team of eight and provide leadership in following national best practice within each realm of responsibility.  Five years minimum experience, preferably in higher education, is required.  Salary is negotiable and a generous benefits package is offered.
