Seminole State College of Florida, founded in 1965, is seeking nominations and applications for its next Vice President, Academic Affairs. The College has grown to become a cutting-edge, four campus institution, serving more than 25,000 students annually from 42 states and 60 countries around the world. The next Vice President, Academic Affairs at Seminole State College will possess a terminal degree; collegiate teaching experience is preferred. As a mission driven and collaborative servant leader, the successful candidate will possess strong social skills, a demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, parity in educational outcomes, and the capacity to develop a shared vision and implement a strategic plan for academic affairs. In addition, the next Vice President will be an educational and academic leader who is forward thinking, entrepreneurial, and compassionate with the College community to advance the institution’s mission and vision.
