Marian University, in Wisconsin, is seeking a strategic leader to serve as the institution's next Vice President for Finance and Administration.  This collaborative member of the executive team will coordinate and integrate financial, physical, and human resources.  The incumbent’s top priority will be to develop and propose thoughtful data-informed strategies that will advance the financial sustainability of the university.

Marian University offers more than 65 undergraduate and graduate programs in a variety of delivery modalities, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online to more than 1350 students of diverse backgrounds.  The University is located in Fond du Lac, a charming town along southern shores of Lake Winnebago, Wisconsin's largest inland lake.

The University seeks a candidate with significant experience in a senior management role with a proven track record of success in achieving financial sustainability.  The successful candidate will also have strong intellectual, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

The position has direct oversight of the Business Office, Human Resources, Risk Management, Compliance, Information Technology, and Auxiliary Services (Food Service, Facilities, and the Spirit Store).
