The Kentucky Community & Technical College System (KCTCS) invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President of Human Resources (VPHR).
Now in its 25th year, KCTCS has a budget of over $990 million and comprises 16 comprehensive community and technical colleges. The successful candidate will be expected to support the higher education pursuits of some 94,000 students in the delivery of exceptional learning opportunities in over 100 technical programs, five transfer programs, and three general education certificates. KCTCS enrolls more than 33 percent of all undergraduates in Kentucky and 44 percent of graduates in the public sector.
Reporting to the System President, the VPHR will work with the 16 system colleges to enhance the livelihood and wellbeing of their employee populations, thereby positively impacting the student experience. Ultimately, through strategic, customer serving human resources practices and policies, the VPHR will advance the mission and vision of KCTCS to develop a skilled talent pipeline to meet the workforce and economic development needs of Kentucky.
