Anne Hoffman

Anne Hoffman has continuously worked in the executive search field for over 20 years and for the past 8 years has focused on higher education search work. 

Ms. Hoffman began her career with The Walt Disney Company supporting executive searches in the corporate, consumer products and film divisions, followed by ten years with retained executive search firms specializing in higher education, retail, health, and accounting. She has been engaged with a variety of the higher education sector including large public universities, small liberal arts colleges, institutions abroad and those specialized in a specific arena such as theology or art. Additionally, Ms. Hoffman has been involved with a variety of search positions ranging from president, academic affairs, finance, deans and professors. 

She is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor’s degree in human development.
