Anne Hoffman

Anne Hoffman joined AGB Search in 2011 as a research associate and in 2021 took on the role of Executive Search Associate. She has continuously worked in the executive search field for over 25 years. For the past 21 years she has focused exclusively on higher education search work.

Experience and Honors

Ms. Hoffman began her career with The Walt Disney Company supporting executive searches in the corporate, consumer products and film divisions, followed by ten years with retained executive search firms specializing in higher education, retail, health, and accounting. She has been engaged with a variety of the higher education sector including large public universities, small liberal arts colleges, institutions abroad and those specialized in a specific arena such as theology and art. Additionally, Ms. Hoffman has been involved with a variety of search positions ranging from president, academic affairs, advancement, finance, deans and professors.
