Lynn DellaPietra, Ph.D., joined AGB Search in 2022 as an Executive Search Associate. She began her career in higher education as a professor at Holy Family University, teaching a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and serving as department chair, then division chair. She then went on to Marymount California University, where she designed the psychology bachelor’s degree program and the community psychology master’s program in addition to teaching and serving as chair of the new programs. Most recently, at Bucks County Community College, she served as dean of the Department of Social & Behavioral Science. Dr. DellaPietra earned her B.A. in Psychology from Boston College and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann University.
