
Stony Brook University has appointed Mr. John Link as the Director of Development in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He previously served as the Director of Individual Giving at Columbia University, and was the Fundraising Campaign Director of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society prior to that. He has a BA in Marketing from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Stony Brook University has appointed Mr. Michael D'Ambrosio as the next Director of Development in the College of Arts and Sciences. He previously served as a Major Gift Officer for Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society and as the Manager of Development for the Washington Center before that. He holds an MPA from Georgetown University.


Dr. Jess Boronico has been appointed as the new dean for the School of Business at Southern Connecticut State University. Dr. Boronico has compiled an extensive and outstanding record of academic business leadership positions at a variety of schools including NYIT, the University of New Haven, William Paterson University, and Monmouth University. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research and Management Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MS and BS in Mathematics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. The University of Colorado System has announced the appointment of Ms. Lindsay Cameron as Director of Gift Planning for CU Boulder. Ms. Cameron will assume the Director of Gift Planning role after having served as the Associate Director of Gift Planning for CU Boulder since September, 2020. Prior to joining CU, she served as Director of Gift Planning for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, where she created and led the organization's first comprehensive planned giving program. She received her B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech University.


Missouri State University has announced the appointment of Ms. Zora Mulligan as the institution's new Executive Vice President. Ms. Mulligan currently serves as the Commissioner of Higher Education for the State of Missouri, a position she has held since 2016. She served as Chief of Staff for the University of Missouri System from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, she was the Executive Director for the Missouri Community College Association from 2010 to 2014. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Drury University, her M.S. in Education from the University of Kansas, and her J.D. from the University of Kansas. Read more here.

Eastern Kentucky University has announced the appointment of Dr. Daniel Czech as the Dean of the College of Health Sciences. He will begin his new role on July 11, 2022. Dr. Czech currently serves as Professor and Associate Dean of the College of Health Sciences at Georgia College in Milledgeville, GA. Prior to that, Dr. Czech served as Professor and Honors Research Director/Chair of the Department of Health Sciences and Kinesiology at Georgia Southern University. Dr. Czech holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Cultural Studies from the University of Tennessee.

Columbia Theological Seminary has announced that Rev. Dr. Victor Aloyo will become Columbia’s 11th president effective August 1, 2022. Currently, Dr. Aloyo is the associate dean of institutional diversity and community engagement at Princeton Theological Seminary, where he is the chief strategist on matters related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Dr. Aloyo is also the organizing and lead pastor of La Iglesia Presbiteriana Nuevas Fronteras, a multicultural community of faith in North Plainfield, New Jersey and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Presbyterian Foundation, Family Promise, the Evangelical Seminary of Puerto Rico, the Muhlenberg Foundation, and Convener of the Covenant Architects Network. He received his bachelor of arts in religious studies and sociology from the College of New Rochelle, an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
