Tia Ayoroa joined AGB Search in September of 2021 as a Proposal Specialist. As a member of the business development team, Ms. Ayoroa works closely with the Director of Proposal Development, principals and search consultants to generate strong proposals to garner success.
Prior to AGB Search, Ms. Ayoroa most recently worked in the public education sector, as well as managing operations for an environmental nonprofit. She has more than 12 years of general administration work, with an emphasis on report preparation, day-to-day operations management, communication and data analysis.
