
Carroll University has appointed Mr. Paul Zinck as its next Vice President for Finance and Administration. Mr. Zinck joins Carroll with extensive experience in higher education finance. Most recently, he served as Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at St. Louis Community College, and previously held roles at McKendree University and Washington University. His experience demonstrates strong strategic leadership, fiscal management and knowledge of higher education. Prior to working in higher education, he completed a 20-year distinguished military career in the U.S. Army. Northampton Community College has appointed Dr. David Ruth as its fifth President. Dr. Ruth has served as the Vice President and Chief of Staff at Northampton Community College for the past six years and will begin his new role on July 1, 2022. Dr. Ruth is a senior leader with over 25 years of progressively responsible experience as an executive Higher Education professional. As the current Vice President and Chief of Staff, Ruth has served as the Chief Advisor and counsel to the President. Prior to Northampton, Dr. Ruth served as the Dean of Students (Chief Student Affairs Officer) at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ruth holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Learning Technologies from Drexel University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Lehigh University. Read more here.

Stoney Brook University has appointed Mr. Nate Pazik as the Director of Development for the School of Communication and Journalism. Mr. Pazik was most recently the Chief of Operations and Development for The Counter, and also spent time as the Development Liaison in the Office of the President at Long Island University. He holds an MS from Columbia University.

Stony Brook University has appointed Mr. John Link as the Director of Development in the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He previously served as the Director of Individual Giving at Columbia University, and was the Fundraising Campaign Director of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society prior to that. He has a BA in Marketing from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Stony Brook University has appointed Mr. Michael D'Ambrosio as the next Director of Development in the College of Arts and Sciences. He previously served as a Major Gift Officer for Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society and as the Manager of Development for the Washington Center before that. He holds an MPA from Georgetown University.


Dr. Jess Boronico has been appointed as the new dean for the School of Business at Southern Connecticut State University. Dr. Boronico has compiled an extensive and outstanding record of academic business leadership positions at a variety of schools including NYIT, the University of New Haven, William Paterson University, and Monmouth University. He received his Ph.D. in Operations Research and Management Science from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MS and BS in Mathematics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. The University of Colorado System has announced the appointment of Ms. Lindsay Cameron as Director of Gift Planning for CU Boulder. Ms. Cameron will assume the Director of Gift Planning role after having served as the Associate Director of Gift Planning for CU Boulder since September, 2020. Prior to joining CU, she served as Director of Gift Planning for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, where she created and led the organization's first comprehensive planned giving program. She received her B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech University.
