The Des Moines University Provost Search Committee has completed its work and has appointed Dr. Ralitsa Akins as the next Provost of the university, effective May 1. 2018. Dr. Akins currently serves as Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs at Washington State University Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine in Spokane, Washington. Read more here

The University of Dallas Provost Search Committee has appointed Dr. Jonathan J. Sanford to be the next Provost of the University, effective February 1st. Dr. Sanford has served as Dean of the Constantin College of Liberal Arts at University of Dallas since 2015. Previously, Dr. Sanford served as Assistant and Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, as well as Chair of the Department of Philosophy, at Franciscan University of Steubenville.

The Fresno Pacific University Provost Search committee has appointed Dr. Deborah Gayle Copeland to be the next Provost/Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs of the University, effective mid-February 2018. Prior to Dr. Copeland's appointment, she served as provost at Simpson University. Read more here

The Board of Trustees of Gammon Theological Seminary is pleased to announce the appointment of Rev. Dr. Ken J. Walden as the new President-Dean, effective January 1, 2018. Dr. Walden comes to Gammon from Hood Theological Seminary where he has served as the Director of the Center for Chaplaincy, Director of Supervised Ministry, and Associate Professor of Pastoral Care and Counseling. The board of trustees at Wiley College announced that Dr. Herman J. Felton Jr. is appointed as the next president to lead their college. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Felton was the president of Wilberforce University. Read more here 

The Limestone College Presidential Search has concluded and the search committee has appointed Dr. Darrell Parker as the 22nd President of the College. Dr. Parker is expected to officially take office on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Since 2012, Dr. Parker has been serving as the Dean and Professor of Economics for the College of Business at Western Carolina University. Read more here

Fairleigh Dickinson University president Christopher A. Capuano announced the appointment of Dr. Luke David Schultheis to the newly created position of Vice President for Enrollment, Planning and Effectiveness.

He most recently served as the Assistant Dean for Student Success and Director of the Neighborhood Student Success Collaborative at Michigan State University.

The Saint Xavier University Vice President for Finance and Administration search committee has appointed Mr. Dan Klotzbach to take the position.

Mr. Klotzbach comes to Saint Xavier having served as Vice President for Business and Finance at Illinois Wesleyan University for 13 years.

Dr. Walter P. Rankin has been appointed by the Fairfield University Search Committee as the university's new Vice Provost for Continuing and Professional Studies, effective October 11, 2017. Prior to his appointment, Dr. Rankin was the Senior Advisor to the Provost for Accreditation and Special Projects, and Deputy Dean of the School of Continuing Studies at Georgetown University.

AGB Search is pleased to announce that Centenary University has appointed Denton Stargel as the new vice president for business and finance and chief financial officer of the University. Mr. Stargel previously was Vice President for Business and Finance at St. Peter's University since 2011.
