Naomi Blake joined AGB Search in 2022 as a Research Associate. Based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, Naomi supports AGB Search clients with her extensive experience in administrative operations across various industries including Healthcare, Government, and Education. She brings a decade of professional experience in business operations and compliance management as a Project and Program Manager. In her previous position, she led the engagement of subject matter expert researchers in the area of technology data privacy to support development, maintenance, and improvement of policy documentation. In the field of education, working alongside nearly a thousand educators, from teachers to institution presidents, Ms. Blake led accreditation audits across the country for over 100 institutions. Ms. Blake obtained her B.A. from Morgan State University and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
