AGB Search offers the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment, an optional assessment tool that measures motivating drives in the workplace and can be used in conjunction with traditional screening methods such as resume review, interviews, and reference checks.

In addition to the PI Behavioral Assessment, AGB Search also offers the PI Cognitive Assessment, which consists of 50 multiple choice questions in three cognitive ability categories (verbal, numerical, and abstract reasoning) and nine subcategories. It is used to assess the rate at which a person can learn and process complex information.
