The Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities has named Robbyn Wacker to serve as president of St. Cloud State University. The appointment becomes effective July 1, 2018.

The Board of Trustees has named Gregory Adam Haile, Esq. to become the seventh president of Broward College. Haile is expected to assume office in July of 2018. Since 2011, Haile has been at the forefront of Broward College as its general counsel and vice president for public policy and government affairs.

The Chicago State University Presidential search has concluded and Ms. Zaldwaynaka "Z" Scott has been appointed to be the University's next president. Ms. Scott has been an Equity Partner in the Chicago office of Foley & Lardner LLP, a national law firm, and has over 30 years of diverse leadership, management and legal experience, including service on the Chicago State University Board as Vice-Chair from 2010-2013.

Dr. Radhika Seshan will become the Dean of the College of Extended Studies at San Diego State University. Dr. Seshan has been Associate Dean of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Extension, since June 2016.

The State Board of Higher Education named Dr. Brian Van Horn as the next president of Mayville State University in Mayville, North Dakota. Van Horn currently serves as associate provost at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.

Dr. Georgia Lorenz has been selected to become Seminole State’s third President to succeed Dr. E. Ann McGee, who has successfully served the College for the last 22 years. Dr. Lorenz is currently Vice President of Academic Affairs at Santa Monica College in California.

Dr. Cynthia Pemberton has been named the 16th president of Lewis-Clark State College. She will start at LCSC on July 1, 2018. Dr. Pemberton is currently the vice president for academic affairs at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Kevin Satterlee has been appointed as the 13th President of Idaho State University. Satterlee has been serving as Chief Operating Officer at Boise State University since 2015, and a vice president since 2010.

The San Diego State University search committee has named Steven Paul Hooker has been named Dean, College of Health and Human Services at San Diego State University. Dr. Hooker is currently the Associate Dean for Research and Professor with tenure in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University (ASU).

University of Montana President Seth Bodnar announced that Dr. Jon Harbor will serve as the new executive vice president for academic affairs and provost. Harbor currently serves as associate vice provost for teaching and learning and as executive director of digital education at Purdue University.
